Who we are

Stroupe Digital ("we", "us") is a web design and development studio based in Jacksonville, Florida. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions? Email nicholas.stroupe@stroupedigital.com.

What we collect on this site

We run our own first-party, cookie-free analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no ad networks. For each visit we record: the pages viewed, where you came from (referrer), your approximate location (country), device type, and clicks on links/buttons. This is aggregate usage data and does not identify you personally.

When you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, and anything you tell us about your project — so we can respond and follow up.

How we use it

• To operate and improve the site and our services.
• To respond to your enquiries and deliver work you've engaged us for.
• To send you transactional emails (e.g. a reply to your enquiry). We do not sell your data or send spam.

The Stroupe Analytics product

For clients on our dashboard product, we process visitors' usage data on the client's behalf — as a data processor — using the same first-party, cookie-free method described above. That data belongs to the client and is isolated to their account. If you're a visitor to a client's site and have questions, the site owner is the controller of that data.

Who we share it with (subprocessors)

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service, each processing data only to provide their function:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN and security
• Fly.io — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cal.com — call bookings
• Stripe — payments (only if you purchase a paid service)

Data retention & your rights

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to work with you and meet our records obligations, and analytics data on a rolling basis. You can ask us to access or delete your personal data at any time — just email us and we'll action it promptly.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Any storage we use is strictly functional (e.g. remembering an anonymous analytics id so we don't double-count a visit).

Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date above.
